Repas français pour des coréennes étudiant à Tours
Me voilà avec le challenge de cuisiner un repas français, pour deux coréennes étudiant à Tours (Choe Jung-Eun et Kim Ji-Hee), et une canadienne d’origine coréenne (Han Kyung Yoon, Beth)... Il me fallait trouver donc quelquechose d’original.
Mon choix s’est donc porté sur :
des petits farçis provençaux
l’incourtounable plateau de fromages (cantal, rocamadour, brebis corse...)
une bûche chocolat-framboise, façon Pierre Hermé (le dessert m’a été imposé par Yann, très fan de cette association de saveurs)
